The Tannefors Health Center is located in fresh premises about a 10-minute walk from central Linköping. About 13,300 people from both rural and urban areas are registered with us, a large part of whom are families with children. We are 50 employees who run a complete reception operation including medical consultations, child health care, conversation reception, health reception, and specialist receptions for asthma, diabetes, incontinence, and dietitian services. The health center also has a clinical laboratory, rehab coordinator, and a family center.

Job Description

You will work with assessments and treatment of patients with mental health issues. You will become part of the health center's conversation reception, which is central to the management of mental health. The conversation reception is a stable team consisting of psychologists and PTP psychologists.

The employees work closely with other professional groups at the health center and conduct both individual treatment and group treatment as well as treatment over the internet. The health center applies the IBH (integrated behavioral health) approach.

About You

You are a trained psychologist, psychotherapist, or have Step 1. You have several years of experience in therapeutic conversations/interventions, and we would like you to have experience in ICBT. Experience in primary care or equivalent operations is meritorious for the position. You master Swedish in speech and writing, corresponding to C1 level.

We are currently not looking for a PTP psychologist as we lack the ability to supervise to the extent required at this time.

You are secure, attentive, and enjoy collaborating. You are empathetic, reflective, and unpretentious. You are also active and proactive and find it easy to create and maintain relationships. You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Furthermore, you have good judgment and communicate clearly. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
